WHAT YOU WILL DO The BU Operations Controller drives consistency, efficiency and value creation throughout the organization by improving, streamlining, standardizing and supervising these critical processes for the Areas of Responsibility: Planning: consistent and efficient forecasting and budgeting process based on clear, accurate assumptions Performance management: pro-actively monitor and challenge the financial and operational performance vs. entitlement (budget and forecast) coordinating the process in line with Group framework Reporting: clear, and insightful management reporting in line with Group guidelines (timeline, content) Governance: adequate risk management and internal control in place in compliance with Group  framework (policies, authorization schedule). The BU Operations Controller act as Business Partner to the overall BU Operations community interfacing Finance and Operations stakeholders at Global level, BU level or OC level. As part of it: Support Operations strategic goals achievement by turning data into clear and concise analysis providing actionable insights and recommendations in order to improve Supply Chain results Act as Finance Business Partner in CAPEX and NPD processes (costing input) Participate as Finance Business Partner to ad-hoc strategic initiatives (overseeing financial BC preparation)OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE Qualified Professional Accountant (CA , CPA, CWA). Proven track record of least 12-15 years of working experience in Operation/Factory/Supply Chain Finance Controlling, international environment, preferably FMCG; Currently working for last 3 years as Supply Chain Controller /Plant controller of large FMCG company or in the Regional Supply Chain controller role. Strong ability to drive continuous improvement and other initiatives in own areas of responsibility (AOR) to leverage financial and operational performances Strong Ability to provide support in building new business partner capabilities in the Operations controller community. Lead projects with scope the identification and rollout of best practices across PVM. Strong Ability to drive/stimulate a way of working throughout the AOR to standardize and increase efficiencies in the area of Operations Controlling Strong ability to support major ad-hoc strategic and operational initiatives at Group level or in his own AOR (e.g. Operations Transformation, PVM Sustainability Roadmap, etc.) Ability to clearly communicate complex financial data to both finance and non-finance colleagues; Ability to interpret ,analysis and comment on the Production/Supply chain P&L of the OCs and the BU consolidated. Strong knowledge in Power BI, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Indepth Standard costing knowledge, Manufacturing accounting, Efficiency analysis and OH management, Capex Accounting.
