Business Valuation & Acquisition Analyst
A reputable investment and business acquisition company in the UAE is seeking to expand its Business Evaluation & Acquisition Unit and invites qualified candidates to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily on‑site visits to target businesses for in‑depth financial and operational assessment.
Analyze financial statements, calculate profit & loss, assess cash flow, and determine true business value using global valuation methods (DCF, EBITDA, Market Multiple).
Identify break‑even points, payback periods, and risk status for each business.
Prepare detailed analytical reports, attractive daily status updates, and management recommendations for investors.
Review tax records, liabilities, legal commitments, contracts, and inventory status.
Professionally interact with business owners to gather accurate and complete information.
Requirements:
Formal degree in Accounting/Finance (minimum Bachelor’s degree) or international certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in auditing, financial analysis, or business valuation.
Proficiency in financial & accounting software (Advanced Excel, ERP systems, accounting applications).
Strong knowledge of international valuation models and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Own vehicle for daily field visits (mandatory).
