We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Valuation Manager to join our growing Advisory Services team. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who possesses strong analytical skills, deep technical expertise, and a passion for providing high-quality valuation and advisory services. This individual will lead valuation engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor team members while contributing to the continued growth of our valuation practice. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage business valuation engagements for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, and succession planning. Analyze financial statements, develop financial models, and apply valuation methodologies such as income, market, and asset-based approaches. Prepare and review valuation reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with partners, clients, and other professionals to deliver strategic insights and identify opportunities for additional advisory services. Supervise, train, and mentor staff involved in valuation projects, fostering a culture of learning and professional development. Stay current with industry trends, valuation standards, and regulatory changes affecting valuation practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field CPA, ABV, ASA, or CVA designation is required Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business valuation, preferably within a public accounting or consulting environment. Strong understanding of valuation theory, financial modeling, and business analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex valuation concepts in a clear and concise manner. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Strong client service orientation and ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
Responsibilities
