Job Description Sales & Customer Engagement: Understand customer business needs and translate them into Vusion solutions Support sales teams throughout the full sales cycle, from discovery to deal closure (Pilot) Solution Design & Demonstration Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Vusion’s hardware, software, and services Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops Customize demos and solution narratives based on customer use cases Validate solution feasibility, integration constraints, and deployment models Technical & Product Expertise Act as a trusted expert on Vusion’s portfolio (ESL, platforms, data, integrations, services) Collaborate with SI, Product, R&D, and Operations to address customer requirement Provide feedback from the field to improve products and roadmap alignment Internal Collaboration Work closely with Sales, SI, Project, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers Support pricing (BOM definition and services requiered) Customer Engagement & Storytelling Lead value workshops with customer stakeholders (business, finance, operations) Produce executive-ready value reports, dashboards, and QBR content Help customers communicate success internally and build internal champions Ensure Solution Adoption and expected outputs Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Presales, Solution Engineers Customer Success, and Project team Continuous Improvement KPI's Databank updates : Contribute to value benchmarks and industry metrics Standardize value frameworks, ROI models, and best practices across regions Qualifications Pre-Sales needs to understand retail problems, can design a technical solution, and explain its value convincingly to clients. Experience in: Store operations (pricing, shelf management, stock) Retail KPIs (margin, productivity, shrinkage, customer experience) Support ROI/business cases Digital transformation in retail IoT basics (connected devices, sensors, networks) Cloud platforms / SaaS architectures Data flows & analytics Design end-to-end solutions client needs technical feasibility scalability Presenting to clients (from store managers to CIOs) Running demos and workshops German / English / another language is a plus Additional Information We innovate.
