Description Join our team as a Seasonal Busser and help create a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining experience for our guests. In this support role, you’ll assist servers by maintaining dining room cleanliness, resetting tables, and ensuring service stations are fully stocked. Position Details Employment Type: Seasonal Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays) Department: Food & Beverage / Restaurant What You’ll Do Set and reset tables according to restaurant and resort standards Clear and clean tables promptly between guest seatings Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils and transport them to the dish area Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread/butter, and supporting guest needs Stock service stations with linens, silverware, china, glassware, and condiments Polish and roll silverware as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas Perform side work duties as assigned by servers, supervisors, or managers Arrange tables and chairs to meet operational needs and seating plans Monitor floors and guest areas, cleaning spills and debris promptly Support overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Requirements What We’re Looking For Previous bussing or restaurant experience preferred (not required) Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others Good communication and time management skills Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization Positive attitude and guest-focused approach Reliable and punctual Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs regularly Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume setting Work Environment Fast-paced restaurant environment within a resort setting Frequent interaction with guests and team members Exposure to moderate noise levels and busy service periods Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons Active role requiring continuous movement and multitasking About Lake Lawn Resort Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier hospitality destination known for exceptional service and a strong team culture.
