Beau Jo’s Pizza Job Description Hourly Non-Exempt Position   Position Title: BUS                                                                            purpose: Ensures cleanliness of restaurant and bar. Responds to customer needs.             Essential DUTIES:   Clear tables of dirty dishes & linens, wipe and reset table in a timely manner. Serve water/coffee/tea.   Run food to customers from expo line to dining areas.     OTHER DUTIES:   Communicate with patrons and staff conveying specials and concerns. Other functions assigned by management (i.e. take out linen, trash, stocking, checking restrooms, bus tubs, refill ice, wash glassware, assist other FOH staff members, etc.)   Essential Physical Requirements:   100%   Walk and stand.                                                  70%     Reach, bend, stoop and wipe.   70 %    Lift and carries loaded bus tubs, service trays, and glass racks of up to 40 pounds 8 or more times per shift, often lifting or carrying from floor level to above shoulder or head level.   50%     Use of chemicals and cleaning supplies following safety regulations     Essential TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials.     Qualifications: Must be 16 years old to remove alcohol or as state regulations dictate.
