Responsibilities
  • Bus glasses, plates, silverware, and other dining accessories from tables during service and after customers leave the tables
  • Reset tables to specific CRG standards with fresh linen, silverware, condiments, and other table accessories
  • Assist servers by delivering water, refilling beverages, bussing tables, and carrying out customer and table server requests
  • Restock service areas, beverage stations, and bars in the restaurant with glassware, silverware, linen, water, iced tea, condiments, bus pans, and other supplies needed for service
  • Carry full bus pans from dining rooms to the kitchen; unload glasses, plates, and silverware at the dishwasher, and dump trash into the garbage can
  • Fold napkins to be used for service and carry them to service areas along with tablecloths
  • Clean up spills, trash, broken supplies, etc. made by front-of-the-house personnel and customers; sweep dining rooms throughout the shift, and carry trash from dining rooms and kitchen to trash removal areas
