Focusing on Classic Chinese cuisine, the menu is created by Culinary Director Jacob Williamson and will focus on creating an upscale traditional Chinese dining experience using Texas sourced ingredients. Night Rooster will feature a cocktail program with a heavy emphasis on Asian whiskeys, International Wines, and Sake with an abundance of house made mixers and infusions. The interior is modern-Asian inspired, with a dark and moody 'Orient Express' atmosphere, with the exteriors contrasted with wood and Iron Ore brick. What we are looking for: Work with servers to ensure proper guest service. Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, accessories, and fold napkins properly. Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed. Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles. Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with server, hostess, and management to ensure tables are turned efficiently. Serve water, coffee, soft drinks, and refilling when needed. Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris. Perform other job-related duties as requested. Ideal candidate: Prior busser experience in fine dining preferred. Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs. Candidate must be at least 18 years old. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays. Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills. Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations. Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all guests. Responsibilities
The busser will work with servers to ensure proper guest service and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Responsibilities include setting up tables, clearing dirty dishes, and coordinating table availability.
