REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience as a busser, runner, or in a fast-paced hospitality role is an asset (but not required—training will be provided).
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to stay active on your feet for long shifts.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is mandatory
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, high-volume service with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Busser, you will support our front-of-house service team by maintaining cleanliness, resetting tables, and assisting servers during high-volume nightlife and event service. This role requires energy, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, late-night environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
  • Support servers by refilling water, carrying trays, and running food or drinks when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest areas, including dining and lounge spaces.
  • Collect glassware, dishes, and cutlery from tables and return them to the kitchen.
  • Assist in maintaining overall flow of service during peak hours.
  • Follow all health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
