We invite you to discover "Life As It Should Be" As a Busser/Food Runner, you will work closely with the serving staff to provide quality dining experiences. Your main responsibility is supporting the dining team by delivering food promptly, maintaining clean and guest-ready tables, and assisting with overall dining room flow to ensure an efficient and positive guest experience. Responsibilities: Dining Room Support Assist servers by maintaining clean, organized, and guest-ready tables. Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly. Pre-bus tables during service to support efficient turnover. Reset tables quickly and correctly for incoming guests. Refill water glasses and assist with general table upkeep as needed. Food Running Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables accurately and in a timely manner. Confirm correct items and special requests before delivery. Ensure food is presented properly and communicate any issues to servers or kitchen staff. Cleanliness and Organization Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and common guest areas. Assist with side work, restocking, and end-of-shift cleaning duties. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to support service flow. Assist with basic guest needs when appropriate and direct questions to the appropriate team member. Support special events and high-volume service periods as needed. Requirements High School diploma (preferred). 1 year customer service experience (required). Must be at least 18 years old (required). Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be willing to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts. Basic understanding of restaurant etiquette. Familiarity with health and safety regulations. Excellent track record of communication skills and working as a team player. Strong organizational skills. Ability to improvise and make decisions based on business or guest needs. Ability to provide quality service and experience for members and guests. Physical Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, twist, climb stairs, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand and continuously move for up to 8 hours at a time.
