About the Position We are seeking Full-Time Year-Round Bussers to be part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You’ll get the opportunity to foster a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and their guests. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and delivers a high level of member service while maintaining the highest integrity. You will work well under pressure, be a team player, organized, flexible, self-motivated, and reliable. You’ll have a chance to work with a passionate year-round Food & Beverage team of managers, supervisors, front and back of the house individuals, along with an exceptional group of seasonal people from around the world. Come join our awesome team and be a part of the Pelican Bay Foundation legacy! What You’ll Do Delivers food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner to maintain the food's temperature. Interact with members and guests in a warm and friendly manner. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas after members and guests leave. Reset tables promptly and rotates products to ensure freshness. Replenishes beverages as necessary and checks with member and their guests for overall satisfaction. Support servers during busy periods by helping to carry trays and delivery food. Maintains proper and adequate set-up of assigned area daily. Requirements Skills & Experience Minimum of three (3) months of Busser experience in the hospitality industry. Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with other team members ensuring member satisfaction. Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 30 pounds. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Education Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described. ServSafe food handler certification preferred.
