Goode Company Busser: You are friendly, focused, and ready to jump in wherever needed. You take pride in clean spaces, quick turns, and smooth service. RESPONSIBILITIES * Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after * Clears tables of used dishes, glasses, and silverware and re-sets between customers * Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests. * Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit. * Delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to appropriate location in the front of the house * Assist service staff in providing the best guest experience * Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices * Present a professional and clean appearance at all times QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred * Previous experience preferred * Excellent communication skills, verbal and written * Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed * Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor * Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices * Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Food Handler Certified BENEFITS * Medical membership with preventive and diagnostic coverage during the first year (part-time) * Access to wellness resources and support services * Eligibility for full medical benefits after 12 months of consistent full-time hours. * Food Discounts * Weekly Payroll Goode Company Restaurants is an equal opportunity employer, so if you've got the qualifications, desire to work hard, and help our business grow - we want you!
