NOW HIRING: FOH Utility/ Busser The lifeblood of every Hattie B's, our Utility team members keep the show going by managing the facility during a shift. From food running and bussing to dishwashing, maintenance, and general cleanliness, FOH and BOH utility team members work together to keep Hattie B's tight, clean, and organized no matter how busy we get!. This is a great place to grow with us if you have little restaurant experience but love people. BENEFITS: Loving and positive company culture. We are closed or half closed on most major holidays. 50/50 Tip Share for BOH and FOH from Togo, Dine In & Catering. Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – We contribute 55% toward premiums for team members and their dependents. Part-time team members averaging 25+ hours/week are eligible after 7 months; full-time team members averaging 30+ hours/week are eligible after 3 months. Full Time employees (30hr+/week) earn 10 days of Personal-Time-Off (PTO) after one year of work. Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility through bussing, dishwashing, and general maintenance. Support the front and back of house teams to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
