Description JOB SUMMARY At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, A Hilton Hotel, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. As a Busser, you’ll support our servers and help create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. Your efficiency and attention to detail will help ensure every dining experience is flawless. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Busser, you’ll keep our dining areas running smoothly. In this role, you will: Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and refills to guests. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations. Support the team by restocking supplies and ensuring everything is in its place. Handle guest requests with a friendly attitude and assist in providing a pleasant dining experience. Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel. WHAT YOU BRING We’re looking for a team player who enjoys helping others and working in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you’ll need: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. The ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
