WHAT YOU’LL DO * Greet every guest with professionalism and positivity * Manage seating flow using digital waitlist tools * Communicate wait times clearly and proactively * Support takeout operations and phone orders * Collaborate with servers to ensure seamless service * Maintain a clean, organized host station * Assist with table resets, food running, and guest feedback * Be a team player—jump in where needed to keep service smooth WHAT YOU BRING * A guest-first mindset and strong communication skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Basic math and POS system familiarity * Willingness to learn and grow with the team * Must be at least 16 years old * Alcohol Safety Certification (provided during onboarding if needed) * Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus WHY JOIN HHG?
