Description Position Summary: Responsible for making sure that tables are cleared and set, silverware is placed correctly, and water glasses stay full. Clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables. Support the waiter staff to ensure all tables are set and cleared in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare dining areas before guests are seated. Decorating tables with linens, napkins, and decorative items. Serve water to customers. Refill beverages. Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed. Clean and reset tables after customers leave. Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas. Side work as assigned. Run food/drinks as needed. Set up tables and chairs for private events and special occasions. Requirements Required Skills/ Abilities: · Busser experience. · Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules. · Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours. · Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. · Completion of Food Handler’s Certification required within 30 days of employment. Education and Experience Qualifications: · Busser/back waiter experience preferred. · Responsible Beverage Service training. Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
