Overview Maintaining a clean restaurant by bussing tables, sweeping and picking up trash from surrounding areas and bushes. Lending additional support to the server and bartending team by restocking stations and providing refills or beverages to tables when necessary. Providing an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the company vision statement Responsibilities Consistently keep the restaurant organized and clean Set up bar and bar area according to Nelsons standards Pick up soiled plates and beverages, and place into bus tubs Ensure full bus tubs get brought back into the kitchen Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day Set up heat lamps or umbrellas per a guests request Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off heaters and fire pits, etc. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards Anticipate and address guests` service needs Speak with others using clear and professional language Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors Additional Duties & Responsibilities: Adhere to departmental policies and procedures Effectively communicate with peers, management, line and front of the house employees Perform related duties as required Be responsible for the cleanliness of the immediate work area as well as the general property Subscribe to proper grooming, dress and uniform standards as set forth by Company policy Be courteous to all guests and coworkers Qualifications Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational individual Must be able to speak and comprehend English Ability to implement and uphold service standards Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments Ability to interact with all associates and guests of the resort Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time Experience, Education, & Licensure: High School diploma preferred Food Handler’s Card required Restuarant experience preferred Compensation Base Pay Start Rate: $16.90/Hr.
