Essential Functions:· Prepares hotel hospitality receptions for patrons by cleaning and setting up dining tables; Ensures that buffet area is ready with food and equipment. · Strong support to the culinary team on replenishing and keeping the buffet area clean and stocked at all times.· Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.· Maintains table setting by helping removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.· Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.· Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.
