JOB OVERVIEW

As a Busser and Pool Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests at our restaurant and pool area. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with food and beverage service. This position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in food service or the food industry is preferred.
• Background in hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
• Previous experience in catering or restaurant settings is desirable.

• Maintain cleanliness, including lounges, cabanas, and surrounding spaces.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including delivering items to guests and making coffee drinks.
• Buss tables and ensure all dining areas are clean and well-stocked.
• Monitor pool safety rules and regulations to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
