We believe golf is more than a sport, it’s a place where relationships grow, traditions thrive, and everyone is part of the community.   Job Purpose Busser & Runner accommodates guests by setting and maintaining organization throughout the Front of House and Back of House areas. The Server Assistant will primarily assist both the host and server teams to ensure fluidity and proper preparation throughout service.   Responsibilities * Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner * Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables * Adheres to sanitation and safety policies * Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guest spills or other special needs * Supports server by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners and service/bus stations * Closes dining room by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors and removing trash and recyclables from the facility * Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by leader   Qualifications * Friendly, courteous, and well-spoken * Works well with a team * Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible * An appetite for growth and further knowledge in the food and beverage field * Operate with passion, integrity, and respect for both internal team members and external guests * Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed * High School Diploma or related preferred Working Conditions * Schedule varies based on business needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Regular movement throughout the venue is required, including time spent at the host stand, bar, dining areas, and service stations. * Extended periods of standing and walking are common during shifts. * Duties may include reaching, bending, lifting, or carrying items up to 30–50 pounds (such as trays, racks, boxes, or bar supplies). * May occasionally assist with resetting tables, moving furniture, or supporting team needs during peak service. * Vision requirements may include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus. * Work environment may involve exposure to loud noise levels, cleaning products, hot or cold food and beverage items, and fast-paced conditions.
