Responsibilities: Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers swiftly and accurately. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Clear tables and ensure dining areas are tidy and presentable. Support kitchen staff with food preparation and other tasks as needed. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies and standards. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong multitasking and communication skills. Ability to read and follow instructions written in English. Positive attitude and emotional awareness. Capacity to take, give, and apply constructive criticism. Physical and Mental Requirements: Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for prolonged periods. Regularly twist, turn, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, crawl, lift, and carry supplies and equipment weighing up to 55 pounds using appropriate techniques and tools. Safely navigate the cafe, bottle shop, and patio areas, including crowded spaces. Maneuver packages of any weight above 75 pounds with appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Move 50 pounds using appropriate techniques and tools. Work in indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise and occasionally slippery floors.

Responsibilities

The Busser/Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. They also support kitchen staff with food preparation and ensure efficient service.
