QUALIFICATIONS :

• Doit être disponible pour 20 à 22 matchs tout au long de la saison, y compris les week-ends et les soirées.
• Le candidat doit pouvoir s’adapter aux horaires de soirée, de week-end et de jour férié, en fonction du calendrier des événements.
• Une expérience précédente en tant que serveuse ou hôtesse, ou dans un rôle de service à la clientèle, est un atout essentiel.
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication en français et en anglais.
• Avoir une personnalité dynamique et sociable.
• Capacité à s’épanouir dans un environnement en constante évolution et à garder son sang-froid dans des situations de forte pression.
• La ponctualité, la fiabilité et la volonté de s’engager dans un contrat sont très importants.

As the Hostess for Fuel Transport private loge, your primary responsibility will be to engage, entertain, support and ensure that every guest feels the energy and excitement from the moment they step into the loge. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available for 20-22 games throughout the season, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be adaptable to evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as per event schedules.
• Prior experience as a waitress or hostess, or in a customer service role, is a definite plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
• Possess an enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Punctuality, reliability, and the willingness to commit to a contract are highly regarded.

• Welcome and greet the guests, be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Interact with the guests, create a positive atmosphere, provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist guests in finding their seats and be available for any inquiries or assistance they may need.
• Continuously monitor guest tables, clearing dishes, refilling drinks, and ensuring tables remain clean and presentable.
• Prepare and serve drinks, mix cocktails, wine and beer.
• Provide the menus if applicable, explain menu items, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Order taking, accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring that special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Promote specials, promotions, and upsell items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Ensure that food and beverages are delivered to guests in a timely manner, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff as necessary.
• Keep dining areas clean and well-organized, replacing utensils, and ensuring that condiments and tableware are stocked.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, or requests, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
