As a Busser at Sizzler, you will: Clear and clean tables promptly and efficiently Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and condiments Assist servers by delivering beverages and refilling guest requests Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas Support the team with side work tasks as needed Help create a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and team-oriented attitude Good communication and customer service skills Benefits As a Busser, you will receive: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k retirement plans Pay Range: $12 per hour - $12 per hour Disclaimer: The hiring wage for this position will not be below the local minimum wage, even if the starting wage listed is lower. Physical Requirements This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
