As a Busser at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. You’ll support the front-of-house team by resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant floor is always guest-ready. Requirements Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests. Promptly clear and reset tables between guests. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and service stations. Assist servers with water service, condiments, and guest requests. Ensure silverware, glassware, and table settings are clean and properly stocked. Support food runners and hosts as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and management. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods. Weekend and evening availability preferred.
Responsibilities
