Objective/Purpose of the Position The Busser supports a seamless dining experience by clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables and the dining room with speed and care in a fast-paced, elevated California bistro. The Busser works closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and service team to keep service flowing smoothly. Tasks/Responsibilities Dining Room Support • Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and quietly between guests. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and floors. • Refill water, bread, and other items and assist servers with food running as needed. • Restock service stations with supplies, silverware, and glassware. Guest & Team Support • Provide discreet, attentive, and professional support to guests. • Support servers and management to keep service moving efficiently. Compliance • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation requirements and report concerns to management. Preferred Experience/Minimum Qualifications • California Food Handler Card required, or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, elevated bistro environment with a genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality. • Strong sense of teamwork and urgency.
