Description Role Overview: The Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. Busser must be energetic, self-motivated, flexible and possess a keen eye for detail. The Busser plays an integral role in our guests’ experience by affecting flow of seating and also maintaining a clean aesthetic throughout the restaurant, all while under the demands of a high volume restaurant. The Bussers are expected to be comfortable communicating with guests and fulfilling their needs whenever possible, including assisting with seating if necessary. Our Busser assist the team in providing each guest with a radically different and radically better dining experience. Requirements Responsibilities: Clear tables in an efficient and quiet manner Clean tables, chairs and debris from around guest dining area Reset each table in the proper Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. style Have a customer focused mindset Be a team player, help in all areas of service where necessary Communicate with host(ess) regarding the progression of tables to maintain flow Assist service staff with pre-bussing throughout the shift Keep server stations stocked with necessary items throughout service Assist BOH by taking clean items back to FOH Have a clean as you go mentality and a keen eye for detail Adhere to the Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. employee handbook and Martha’s Book of Rules at all times Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
The Busser is responsible for clearing and cleaning tables efficiently while maintaining a clean aesthetic throughout the restaurant. They assist the service staff and communicate with the host(ess) to ensure a smooth flow of seating and service.
