ABOUT THE ROLE

This full-time role is perfect for a Butcher looking to apply their expertise and continue to develop their skills in our innovative and dynamic environment. You’ll be an integral part of our customer-focused team, contributing to the creation of high-quality meat products that delight our shoppers daily. We aim to be at the cutting edge of Butchery innovation, from developing new flavours and combinations, to premium cuts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce a wide range of high-quality meat products, including gourmet cuts and sausages.
• Develop and introduce innovative meat products and new flavours to our Butchery offering.
• Mentor, coach and train our Apprentice Butchers, inspiring the next generation of butchers.
• Maintain exceptional merchandising standards and provide the great customer service New World is renowned for.
