• Proven experience as a Butcher or in a similar role within a restaurant or culinary environment.

• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various butchery techniques.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Prepare and cut various types of meat according to specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

• Monitor inventory levels of meat products and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Operate and maintain butcher tools and equipment safely, ensuring they are kept in good working condition.
