KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, cut, trim, and portion beef, lamb, chicken, and goat to halal standards.
• Ensure correct handling, storage, and display of all meat products.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with selections, special orders, and cooking advice.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
