• Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure all food production meets health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Assist in butchery tasks, including the preparation of meats for cooking
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as needed
