OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and support a variety of areas within the butchers. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn new skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and preparation, with a keen understanding of food safety standards. As our shop colleague, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our meat products, contributing to the overall success of our culinary offerings. A flexible approach to day and hours is essential

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food production environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required.
  • Culinary training or certification is advantageous but not mandatory. Training will be given.
  • Knife skills and knowledge of various meat cuts are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Current full UK driving licence to provide cover for delivery driver holidays.
