OUR BUTCHERS

Working across both our retail counter and our production butchery,our butchers are energetic,passionate and detail-focused. Ensuring our high standards of hygiene,presentation and personal appearance standards are of crucial importance to ensure a safe working environment. Our butchers are also involved in stock rotation,opening and closing the butchery,and helping to maintain stock control and reduce waste. We are looking for someone with previous butchery experience,a passion for ethical farming,excellent customer service skills and a drive to achieve sales targets.
