JOB TITLE: BUTCHERY MANAGER (PART TIME)

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced butchery manager to join our team. The role will be based over 5 days per week, including weekends.
In brief you will:
Be customer focused, reliable and hard working. Have an excellent knowledge of retailing and butchery experience and able to do pre-packing over-wrapping etc. ensuring the sales counter’s are visually exciting and kept well stocked.
Maintain a safe food environment, complying with HACCP and H&S regulations.
