SUMMARY:

As a Butler at Delano Dubai, you will provide sophisticated, luxury service tailored to each guest’s individual needs with the utmost discretion. Your role involves delivering personalized experiences, managing exclusive requests, and ensuring an unparalleled level of service that reflects the hotel’s commitment to elegance and sophistication.

Responsibilities
  • Personalized Service: Deliver bespoke service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with sophistication and discretion, ensuring each experience is tailored to individual preferences.
  • Guest Relations: Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with guests. Address and resolve requests or issues promptly and professionally to enhance their stay.
  • Room Management: Oversee and manage guest rooms, ensuring they are impeccably maintained and stocked according to the highest standards of luxury.
  • Exclusive Requests: Handle exclusive and complex guest requests, including special arrangements, reservations, and unique experiences, with the utmost confidentiality and efficiency.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the hotel’s luxury standards.
  • Event Assistance: Assist with organizing and executing private events, in-room dining, and special occasions, ensuring every detail reflects the hotel’s sophisticated standards.
  • Service Protocols: Uphold and enforce the hotel’s service protocols and luxury standards, ensuring consistency in guest experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Butler team to share best practices, address challenges, and maintain a cohesive approach to service excellence.
  • Safety and Confidentiality: Adhere to stringent safety protocols and maintain guest confidentiality at all times. Participate in safety briefings and ensure all procedures are followed.
  • Appearance and Conduct: Maintain an impeccable personal appearance and professional demeanor, setting a high standard for guest interactions.
