Responsibilities:

  • Clean, tidy, and reset the residence daily to a high standard.
  • Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation for guests.
  • Wash dishes, glassware, and cutlery; keep the kitchen and pantry spotless.
  • Change linens, replenish amenities, and provide turndown service.
  • Check the residence before guest arrival and after departure.
  • Keep track of linens, cleaning items, and guest amenities.
  • Report any maintenance issues and work with the operations team to resolve them.
  • Help set up the residence for special occasions (flowers, drinks, spa or event setups).
  • Always follow hygiene, safety, and privacy standards.

Requirements:

  • Working experience in luxury hotels, private homes, or butler/housekeeping roles is an advantage
  • Friendly and guest-focused, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Able to manage both guest-facing and housekeeping duties.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and special events.
  • Good communication skills

Remuneration:

  • Basic salary: $3000-$3300 (Depending on experience)
  • 6 Days work week/8 hours work per day (Off day to be arranged by employer)
  • Entitled to annual leave and medical leave benefits
