Role Overview

The Butler provides personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay through high service standards and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guest services and handle special requests
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain guest satisfaction
• Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and luxury service standard

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, or similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or serviced residence
• Strong knowledge of luxury service etiquette and personalized guest service
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions and services is an advantage
