Glenmere Mansion has 18 guest accommodations, 2 superb restaurants- The Supper Room and the Frogs End Tavern, The Spa at Glenmere, and exceptional recreational facilities. Job Description We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Butler to join our team in Chester, United States. As a Butler, you will be the cornerstone of our household operations, delivering exceptional service with grace, discretion, and efficiency. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a refined environment where your expertise in luxury service standards and guest service will be highly valued. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of professionalism while ensuring that every guest receives personalized, attentive care. Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression Execute household operations and coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless daily functioning Oversee guest accommodations, luggage handling, and parking arrangements with meticulous attention to detail Provide expert guidance to guests regarding mansion amenities, local attractions, and available services Maintain impeccable standards in all public areas, including cleaning, and organizing mansion spaces Execute mansion activities and programs while maintaining guest privacy and comfort Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills by managing multiple priorities and responding promptly to requests Assist other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and collaborative spirit Ensure all household equipment, furnishings, and systems are properly maintained and functioning Conduct regular inspections of public and private areas to uphold luxury service standards Anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance the household experience Qualifications **Required Skills:** Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality Outstanding verbal communication abilities Advanced organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure Knowledge of formal service etiquette and dining protocols Discretion, integrity, and professional demeanor in all situations Physical stamina to perform standing and walking duties throughout extended shifts **Required Experience:** Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service Proven experience in guest-facing roles within high-end establishments Track record of delivering exceptional service in demanding environments **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
