This role ensures seamless guest experiences, anticipates guest needs, and maintains the brand’s commitment to elegance, discretion, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and mentor the Butler team to maintain luxury service standards Prepare duty rosters, manage staffing levels, and oversee shift operations Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing training sessions Ensure impeccable grooming, etiquette, and professionalism at all times Oversee arrivals, in-suite experiences, and special arrangements Ensure all guest preferences are recorded, updated, and acted upon Personally attend to high-profile guests and long-stay residents when required Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and discreetly. Monitor daily butler operations to ensure efficiency and service consistency Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Culinary, Concierge, and Security departments Maintain detailed service logs, reports, and guest history records Uphold Raffles’ signature butler service philosophy Ensure compliance with luxury hospitality standards and company policies Conduct regular audits of in-suite amenities, setups, and service delivery Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times Lead onboarding and training for new butlers Organise service excellence workshops and brand culture sessions Promote continuous improvement and innovation in guest service Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of luxury butler service and VIP protocol Multilingual ability is an advantage High level of discretion, cultural awareness, and attention to detail Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
