Who We're Looking For You are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through refined, intuitive service. You are well-versed in the art of discretion, communication, and personalized care in a luxury hospitality environment. Whether preparing a room to perfection or arranging a last-minute request, you are calm, gracious, and thorough. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel as a Butler, Guest Relations Agent, or Front Office professional. Strong understanding of butler etiquette, in-room service standards, and guest personalization. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French; knowledge of Kinyarwanda or Swahili is a plus. Poised, polished, and calm under pressure—able to multitask and adapt quickly. Well-versed in discretion, confidentiality, and VIP protocols. Trained in handling luggage, unpacking/packing, garment care, and light concierge services. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized, anticipatory service to VIP guests throughout their stay. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs discreetly and efficiently. Coordinate unpacking, packing, and wardrobe assistance for long-stay or high-end guests. Arrange dining, transportation, and special requests in collaboration with Concierge and Front Office teams. Maintain immaculate guest rooms, ensuring presentation, amenities, and preferences are perfectly met. Respond promptly to in-room dining and guest service calls. Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for future visits. Escort and assist guests to and from hotel outlets and external appointments as required.
