We are seeking a highly professional, trustworthy, and experienced Buttler or Villa Manager to oversee the smooth operations of our villas. The Buttler or Villa Manager will serve as the central authority for household staff and property management, ensuring that every detail — from meals to ambiance — is executed according to the family’s preferences and the highest standards of service. This role requires loyalty, discretion, and exceptional organisational skills to manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure the comfort of the family and their guests.
REQUIREMENTS
1) Proven experience as a Butler, Estate Manager, or similar role in a luxury household or hotel. * 2) Absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and integrity in handling family and household matters.
3) Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse staff teams.
4) Deep understanding of hospitality, and service etiquette.
5) Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
6) Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, festivals, and holidays.
7) Familiarity with festival preparations and managing related décor, food, and hospitality.
8) Managing staff for drivers, security, and delivery coordination.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
1) Supervise and approve kitchen menus, event menus, and daily meal planning.
2) Monitor inventories and household supplies, including kitchen, linens, flowers, beverages, and event items.
3) Coordinate with vendors and service providers for supplies, maintenance.
4) Manage household budgets, logs, and staff rosters.
5) Report directly to the family with updates on household operations
