I’m working closely with a highly regarded property law firm that is seeking an ambitious Buy-to-Let Paralegal to join their busy conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal with residential or buy-to-let experience who is looking to develop within a specialist and high-volume environment.

THE ROLE:

As a Buy-to-Let Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting fee earners on a caseload of investment property transactions. You’ll have the chance to work closely with experienced lawyers and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with and progressing a caseload of buy-to-let and residential property files
• Preparing contract packs, conducting searches, and reviewing title documents
• Liaising with clients, agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
• Drafting standard letters, reports, and completion statements
• Managing deadlines and ensuring smooth progression of files from instruction to completion
• Supporting fee earners with administrative and compliance-related tasks
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
