Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP. * Source materials and services from approved suppliers in accordance with company policies. * Monitor supplier delivery performance and ensure on-time material availability. * Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Engineering, and Suppliers to resolve supply issues. * Follow up on order status, expedite critical materials, and mitigate supply risks. * Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation in SAP. * Support inventory optimization and cost reduction initiatives. * Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and ethical requirements. For This Role, You Will Need: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. * 2–5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. * Experience using SAP for procurement activities. * Good understanding of purchasing processes and supplier management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Good written and spoken English and Mandarin. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: * Experience in the marine, shipbuilding, or industrial equipment industry. * Knowledge of SAP MM module. * Experience working in an international or multinational company. * Familiarity with import/export and logistics coordination. * Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or supply chain best practices.
