Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our Procurement department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple complex procurement projects across global regions within a program to ensure they align with the company's objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of procurement processes. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective procurement solutions. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, performance metrics, and savings achieved. Drive continuous improvement in procurement/program management processes, systems and methodologies Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and cost control Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Supply Chain , Operations Management, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Years of experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management Relevant experience: At least 5 years in a program manager role. Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba). Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Professional certifications such CPM, CPSM a plus. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proven track record of managing large-scale procurement projects and programs. Working knowledge of SAP MM module Excellent project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the semiconductor industry or other high-tech industries. Prior experience in procurement, Procure-to-Pay processes, or similar functions. Foundational understanding of commodity market indicators and technical data. Prior experience managing the commercial and tactical aspects of supply chain requirements.
