Job Description: As part of this role you will provide comprehensive procurement and supply chain support to the Category and IPS teams, coordinating end‑to‑end sourcing, contracting and supplier management activities using tools such as Coupa. The role involves raising purchase orders, managing invoices and supplier queries, supporting RFQs and bidding activities to meet budgets and business objectives, and reporting on cost savings and cost avoidance. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, manage and report on debt, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and contribute to the development and implementation of effective supply chain strategies while resolving customer and supplier issues efficiently. Core duties: Provide support to the Category team where required throughout the Procurement process including sourcing and managing the supplier base utilising all the tools available e.g. Coupa. Managing debt and providing reporting for same, including regular meetings and collaborating with other departments, stakeholders, and suppliers Supporting IPS colleagues on Supplier Management and RFQ activities where required Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory process requirements Provide commercial and supply chain support to the delivery programmes Supporting the sourcing and contracting procurement process Support the development of supply chain strategies and implementation of plans Co-ordination throughout the end to end procurement process such that customer and supplier issues are communicated and resolved effectively Input into the bidding activity such that the budget is met, consistent with business objectives Raising Purchase Orders, Invoice administration and supplier queries Report cost savings and cost avoidances Essential Skills: An understanding of business and procurement approaches, techniques, processes, policy and strategy.
