Job Description Your responsibilities Procurement Operations: Execute and manage procurement tasks, including administrative handling of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and timelines. Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, monitoring order execution and promptly reporting any irregularities to SCM Management. Stakeholder Support: Work closely with internal requesters and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with project needs. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, compliance frameworks, and quality standards, supporting the achievement of KPIs related to time, cost, and sustainability. Process & Tools Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools (ERP, document management, etc.) to increase operational efficiency. Qualifications Your experiences Technical school diploma or high school degree. At least 3 years in a similar role (Buyer, Procurement Specialist), preferably in EPC, Waste-to-Energy, Renewable Energy, or Power sectors, with a focus on mechanical and electrical components. Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including full order cycle and spare parts/component documentation handling. Proficient in ERP and eProcurement tools (e.g., MS Office, Dynamics, IFS, SAP); familiarity with document management systems is a plus. Good command of English; other languages are a plus.
