Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and results oriented Buyer to join our dynamic Procurement & Logistics team. As a Buyer, you will be responsible for the category management of a portfolio of our indirect spend, focusing on long-term value, transparency and operation efficiency. Key Responsibilities Work on strategic sourcing initiatives through detailed category management. Continuously gather, analyze and act upon market intelligence to ensure the best value for the Group. Building a resilient and competitive supplier ecosystem for the Group. Oversee contract negotiations and vendor performances securing favorable terms. Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Manage Purchase Order’s and oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Deliver related KPI’s measuring results on various procurement elements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, supply chain or a related field. An advanced degree (MSc, MBA or equivalent) is welcomed. Procurement experience within the medical /healthcare sector will be considered a plus. Fluent in English Strong experience with SAP usage and procurement software. Minimum 3 years of experience as a buyer Strong negotiation and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a complex environment Proven track of cost savings and process improvement initiatives.
