QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities

We have an open position for a Buyer to join our company in Tualatin, OR. As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services necessary for our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with vendors, internal teams, and management to maintain optimal inventory levels and support our production schedule.

Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, components, and services required for production.
  • Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier information.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and address any supply chain issues.
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to orders, invoices, or deliveries.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new products, and potential suppliers.
  • Support inventory management by tracking and reporting on stock movements and usage.
