EXPERIENCE:

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field

OTHER SKILLS AND ASSETS:

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A proactive and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment

• Support in selecting products based on demand forecasts and market trends, including conducting market research and sourcing
• Assess opportunities and risks associated with various suppliers
• Create and manage purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, track deliveries and resolve any issues
• Evaluate vendor performance and contribute to maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to help develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with organizational objectivesperformance.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
