We are seeking an experienced Oracle Buyer to join our procurement team during a pivotal time of transformation. As we implement Oracle Cloud for Finance and HCM, the Buyer will play a critical role in ensuring seamless procurement operations while aligning with new system processes and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare procurement and experience using Oracle Cloud Procurement or E-Business Suite.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement or Oracle E-Business Suite is required.
• Understanding of the procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle within an ERP environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
• Experience working on ERP implementation or upgrade projects is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with healthcare-specific products, services, and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of Oracle Supplier Portal, Self-Service Procurement, and Purchasing modules.
• Working knowledge of Finance and HCM business processes to support cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with change management and training during system transitions.

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process using Oracle Cloud Procurement.
• Collaborate with Finance, HCM, and clinical teams to support purchasing activities that align with organizational goals.
• Create and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor communications within the Oracle system.
• Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies and healthcare industry regulations.
• Support the integration of Oracle Cloud with existing procurement workflows, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
• Assist in data cleansing, item master setup, and supplier enablement as part of Oracle go-live and stabilization.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Partner with the Oracle implementation team to test, validate, and refine system configurations and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle procurement functionalities and best practices.
