REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a purchasing
• Proficiency in creating estimates for customers
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes effectively.
• Strong Knowledge of the new home building process
• Ability to read construction plans
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for pricing evaluations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality of materials.
• Manage vendor relationships to maintain effective communication and resolve any issues.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Create Estimates for our customer’s extras on new homes
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, and pricing, in computer system
