We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Buyer to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that our supply chain operates efficiently. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a purchasing
  • Proficiency in creating estimates for customers
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes effectively.
  • Strong Knowledge of the new home building process
  • Ability to read construction plans
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for pricing evaluations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities.
